Tomasz Bilewicz, attorney-at-law since 2001. Graduated from the University of Szczecin, Law Faculty (1997). Lecturer at the University of Szczecin at the Department of Civil and Commercial Law (1997-2000), legal trainee of the District Bar of Legal Advisors in Szczecin (1997-2001), member of the District Bar of Legal Advisors in Szczecin. He has multi-annual experience in providing legal services to individual clients, commercial law companies and local government units. He focuses on performance of current legal support and legal representation in lawsuits for renowned enterprises (including companies with foreign capital) which represents such fields as IT, e-commerce, steel industry, shipbuilding industry, transport and shipping. The main areas of his professional activity are: consulting, drawing up contracts, statutes, regulations, letters of intent and other documentation in the field of commercial law, including – in the field of corporate governance, widely understood civil law, civil law, tax and administrative litigation, labor law, commercial law, agricultural law, including – trade in agricultural real estate. Preferred areas of legal practice: commercial law, civil law, labor law, tax law.

Krzysztof Kaczmarek, attorney-at-law since 2018. Graduated from the University of Szczecin, Law Faculty (2014). Associate of Bilewicz Legal since 2013. He specialises in providing legal services (including litigations) for natural persons and companies (including those with foreign capital) from the sectors such as: IT, e-commerce, steel/shipyard/production industry and transport services. Main areas of his activity are legal counselling for business (ongoing as well as in complexed projects), drafting and providing opinions on business contracts, litigations regarding business and labour disputes. He also provides legal support to defendants and injured parties in criminal cases, in particular in relation to business transactions. His preferred fields of expertise are commercial law, civil law, labour law, labour law, litigation.

Paweł Steczek, attorney-at-law. Graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty at the University in Szczecin (2015), legal trainee of the District Bar of Legal Advisors in Szczecin (2017-2019), member of the District Bar of Legal Advisors in Szczecin. Associate of Bilewicz Legal since 2017 r. He has experience in legal services to individual clients, entrepreneurs and local governments. He focuses on performance of current legal support and legal representation in lawsuits for renowned enterprises (including companies with foreign capital) which represents such fields as IT, e-commerce, steel industry, shipbuilding industry, transport and shipping. Main areas of his professional activity are civil law, civil proceedings and those aspects from among other areas of law which have practical meaning for entrepreneurs – in particular in the scope of debt recovery and company law with especial emphasis on activities in the registration court of the National Court Register. Preferred areas of legal practice: company law, civil law, litigations, administrative law and foreigners law.

Szymon Baczyński, attorney-at-law since 2013. Graduated from the University of Szczecin, Law Faculty (2007). During studies and after graduation he received traineeships in big foreign law firms, seated in Vilnius (Lithuania) and Bratislava (Slovakia). Lawyer in Ministry of State Treasury, where he performed supervision and control over privatisation proceedings as well as was providing expertise of motions on privatisation and liquidation (2007-2008). Lawyer in Huta Szczecin S.A., where he was responsible for providing current legal services to the board, during which he obtained extensive experience in the field of environmental protection law and energy law (2008-2010). Since 2011, he continuously provides legal services in cooperation with law firms seated in Szczecin. Associate of Bilewicz Legal since 2015. He specialises in providing legal services (including litigations) for natural persons and companies (including those with foreign capital) from the sectors such as: IT, e-commerce, steel/shipyard/production industry, construction industry, and transport services. Main areas of his activity are legal counselling for business (ongoing as well as in complexed projects), drafting and negotiating contracts, due diligence of companies and real estates, litigations and providing legal trainings. His preferred fields of expertise are commercial law, civil law, labour law, personal data protection and laws of new technologies.

Arkadiusz Paduch, legal advisor. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin (2003), legal trainee [aplikacja sądowa] at the Regional Court in Szczecin (2003-2006), member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Szczecin (Sz-932) since 2006. He has been working with Bilewicz Legal since 2012. He is a specialist in providing legal assistance to individual clients. He also provides legal services to business entities, in particular in the development industry, real property management and housing cooperatives. The main areas of his professional activity include: legal advice in all matters relating to real property, preparing and reviewing civil law contracts, claiming damages, including motor vehicle damages, legal representation in civil, family, employment and business cases, legal advice in family, inheritance, compensation cases as well as in cases involving personal rights protection. Preferred fields of law: real property law, civil law, family law, inheritance law, labour law.
